Jeremy began his career with a well known cloud based brokerage and quickly learned that it was more about recruiting than helping people buy and sell homes. Seeking more growth and development, Jeremy made the move to Prime Real Estate in August 2021 as an Agent Support Specialist. This position allowed him to learn what it takes to be a successful agent. The goal from the beginning was to transition to a full time sales agent within 6 months. We are so excited to announce that in his first year as a full time sales agent with Prime Jeremy was able to earn Master's Club honors and ended 2022 with $8,413,500 in sales volume.

In Jennifer's first 2 years as an agent, she closed 6 transactions for $1,563,500 while working 40+ hours at her job, taking care of her son, and supporting her husband's business. At the end of 2019 she realized she was not receiving the support she needed from her current brokerage. She made the move to Prime Real Estate and began to flourish. Jennifer saw an increase in her production closing 16 transactions for $7,598,000 from January of 2019 to July of 2020. Her increase in production along with the leads, support, and mentoring she received at Prime gave her the confidence to take the leap and become a full time Realtor.
Jennifer has truly earned her ROCKSTAR status closing a total of 23 sales for $11,694,500 in 2021. In 2022 Jennifer closed $19,226,518 in volume and started the process of launching her own team, The Franco Group.
